A Victorian Anniversary Pony

My blog recently hit four years old, so I colored a cute cupcake pony like a Victorian Sponge Cake. I recently had one in the British section of Epcot and it was DELICIOUS. So now of course I'm obsessed with them and need to tide myself over until I can make a proper Victorian Sponge Cake at home.
