Mr. Evil

What can I say? I'm absolutely awful at naming boy characters. So, for now he is dubbed Mr. Evil until I find a proper name.

It also appears I'm horrible with watermarks. did add one to the lineart, but the background I put on covered it up, completely my error. So, I added it was her lineart on the picture.

Character was commissioned by me, he is my property, so please don't steal him. If you'd like to have a Mr. Evil of your own, just got to 's gallery to get the lineart. I would also ask that you properly credit me and respectively.
